Welded wire mesh

JV “Trade House “Welding” in Uzhhorod (Western Ukraine) produces welded wire mesh on the wire mesh spot welding machine manufactured by Swiss company “SCHLATTER”. The welded mesh could be used for strengthening the concrete, cement-sand linings , overlapping, floors and the wide range of the facings. 
At present moment we are ready to offer welded wire mesh produced out of cold strengthened armature (DIN 488) and wire type VR (GOST 6727-80) with the following parameters: diameter 3- 6 mm, cell dimension: from о 50-200 mm, maximum width – 1200 mm, length is unlimited. 
The production technology of the welded mesh allows to manufacture cells of different width and different on the same. The cells length on the stile is permanent, but it is possible to adjust the dimension in the range of 20-200 mm with the stroke of 1 mm. At our customer’s wish it is possible to manufacture welded mesh, longitudinal rods of which are are different in diameter.
